HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
To view and buy your photos online just follow these simple instructions:
FINDING YOUR PHOTO
1 Click on the Events Gallery menu item at the top of every page
2 This will bring up a listing of all the event categories. Click on the category you require...
3 You will then see a listing of all the events covered within that category. Click on your event...
4 If your event is password-protected, you will now have to input the password where prompted. Depending on the type of event you’re viewing, you may now have to find and choose the relevant class/race/game from the list from that event (a rugby tournament, for example, may NOT have a list of classes, but maybe a list of age group games instead). Simply select the one you’re interested in by clicking on it...
5 You will now see small thumbnail pictures of all the photos taken at that event or within that particular gallery (please note: they may appear over more than one page)...
6 Clicking on any thumbnail photo will take you to the Ordering Page, where you can see a much larger version of the photo (we include our copyright watermark for obvious reasons - your purchased photo will NOT have it on).
USEFUL TO KNOW: You can go back to view other photos at any stage by clicking on any of the pages in the chronological listing at the top of the page.
BUYING YOUR PHOTO
1 Select 'Select product' from the 'Buy' drop down menu.
2 Select your product from the list by selecting the red panel.
3 Choose your required quantity from the drop-down menu. Add any instructions to us for this particular image in the box here.
4 You must then add the item(s) to the cart. If you then change your mind you can simply click the ‘Remove item’ option at the checkout stage.
5 You can then simply go to checkout, or continue shopping. And remember, you’re not committed to buying anything until you click ‘Pay’ at the checkout stage.
USEFUL TO KNOW: Whilst shopping or browsing you can go to your shopping basket at any time just by clicking on the basket icon which appears on every page.
'BUY TWO GET THIRD FREE' OFFERS:
a) Select your first photo
b) Select the 'Buy two get third print free' product at either 6x4", 9x6" or 12x8"
c) Drag the first photo into the first box
d) Select 'Add to Cart'
e) You will now get a window which says 'The product is not complete - you need to add more photos to one product to purchase it.' In that window select 'Back to Gallery'
f) Navigate to your 2nd photo
g) Select 'Buy'
h) Select 'Add 1 photo to 6x4/9x6/12x8 Mounted Prints Buy 2 Get 1 FREE'
i) Drag the second photo into the second box
j) Select 'Save'
k) Repeat steps f to j
l) Continue shopping or go to checkout
6 At the checkout stage don’t forget to add any special instructions in the ‘Anything you’d like to tell us with your order’ box - for example, you may be ordering a multi-image print and want to add text to the print. You can let us know exactly what text you want, or anything else, in this box.
USEFUL TO KNOW: We ask for your phone number within your contact details because, if we have any queries with your order, we can call you and sort them out immediately, therefore not delaying your order unduly.
On completion of your order you’ll be sent an order confirmatiomn via email. Your order will then be sent within two days of us receiving it. (Mailing and delivery details here?)
